Here is the task list for this week 

Task List  term 2 Week 3

Scale Corner 

1 Starting on open D, play a scale pizzicato saying each letter name out loud, D, E ….etc

2 Choose a rhythm, an insect thythm  ta-ran-tu-la ,  caterpillar, butterfly , play with  bow,

3 Play with long notes . Divide your bow in half. Make the notes last for two whole beats (minims)

2 New Tune Frere Jacque  

Step 1 Tap Your toe and say /sing the letter names

Step 2 Play pizz and say/ sing letters

Step 3 Shadow bow and sing letter names

Step 4 Play the rhythm on any open string

Step 5 Bow and play the whole tune working on one phrase at a time

  Practice each section over and over until you have it . You can write the fingers under the notes on the stave  .
